Welcome to High Times Designs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using our services, purchasing our products, and interacting with our brand. By accessing or using any service, website, or product provided by High Times Designs ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
High Times Designs is a creative brand offering custom graphic design services, digital designs, merchandise, and various printed products. All designs are created by a single independent designer.
2. Use of Our Services
By using our services, you represent that you are:
At least 18 years old, or using our services with parental/guardian consent.
Providing accurate and truthful information when placing orders, submitting forms, or communicating with us.
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content or designs.
Illegal or harmful activity.
Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, concepts, branding, graphic materials, and digital content produced by High Times Designs are the exclusive intellectual property of High Times Designs unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
You may not:
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute designs without permission.
Claim our designs as your own.
Use our graphics commercially unless explicitly licensed.
Custom designs created for clients may come with specific usage rights outlined in the design contract.
4. Custom Design Services
Process
Custom work begins after initial consultation and agreement on scope. Pricing is based on:
$25/hour base rate
Complexity of the design
Project size, revisions, and deadlines
All projected pricing will be outlined in a contract before work begins.
Revisions
Revisions are included as specified in your contract. Excessive revisions may result in additional charges.
Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed upon, High Times Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
5. Payments & Billing
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods stated during the checkout or invoicing process.
Deposits
A deposit is required before any custom work begins. Deposit amounts vary based on project size and complexity and will be outlined in the project contract.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom design work, all deposits and completed work are non‑refundable.
Merchandise refunds are only available for defective products or incorrect orders. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on workload and project complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by lack of communication or approval from the client may extend deadlines.
7. Shipping & Delivery
For physical products:
Shipping times vary by location.
High Times Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the carrier; we will assist when possible.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you provide references, inspiration, or logos, you affirm that you hold the rights to use that material. We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-submitted content.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products or services:
For any unlawful purpose.
To violate copyright or trademark laws.
To harass, threaten, or abuse others.
To submit misleading or false information.
10. Limitation of Liability
High Times Designs is not responsible for:
Losses related to delays, misuse, or misinterpretation of designs.
Damages from third-party services (printers, shippers, payment processors).
Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products or services.
All services are provided "as is" without warranties unless otherwise stated.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected is used exclusively for communication, order fulfillment, and internal record-keeping. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except when necessary for processing orders.

12. Termination of Services
High Times Designs reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior toward the brand or designer.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
